Jamia Masjid

Jamia Masjid is short documentary about one of the sacred mosques in Srinagar, kashmir. Be it the holiness or the constructional elegance, the mosque is unparalleled in every aspect. Composed of 370 pillars of wood, Jamia Masjid symbolizes one of the best architectural specimen which survived the ravages of time ever since it was constructed in the valley of Jammu and Kashmir.

13 july 1931 is 3.27 min short documentary film on tyrannical rule Dogra rulers on people of Kashmir.It tell about massacare of 21 Kashmiri people on 13 July 1931.These 21 people were killed by dogra rulers outside Srinagar central jail which school history textbook have not even mentioned.

First of all there was the bioscope. A woman wearing ghaghra and choli would roam around from mohalla to mohalla calling out to the children and gathering them at a chowk or in large courtyard, would take out a long stool from her arm pit and place it on the ground, would remove an octangular and muddy looking tin box from her head and place it on top which had a small mouth covered by a black cloth which the child would remove and peer inside.
